Charlotte, N.C.-based IPA 100 firm Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (DHG) (FY21 net revenue of $504 million) is launching DHG Anywhere, a new hybrid workforce model, which categorizes employees as either hybrid or fully virtual and gives them the “freedom within a framework” to decide when, how and where they work based on client and team needs.
Debuting in September, the new program is the result of numerous employee surveys and the work of a task force of more than 60 people from across the firm. Some of the key characteristics of DHG Anywhere include greater flexibility regarding both work schedules and time in the office, a plan to survey clients to determine exactly how they prefer to be served and a dedicated focus to maintaining corporate culture in a hybrid environment.
“DHG has long considered flexibility a hallmark of its culture with trust, a key value of the firm, as its foundation,” says CEO Matt Snow. “Trust is at the core of DHG Anywhere. We trust – and know from pandemic performance – our people have been providing excellent client service and have remained productive, so we see no reason to reduce this flexibility.”
