Knoxville, Tenn.-based IPA 100 firm PYA PC has promoted Mark Brumbelow to the role of owner and Steven Ezell to tax services principal.
Brumbelow has nearly two decades of experience in assisting middle-market, private-equity-backed and public companies with federal and multi-state tax compliance needs and consulting engagements. He has experience in industries including manufacturing, health care, transportation, construction and development.

Ezell joined PYA in August of 2020, providing tax compliance, income tax provision and other consulting services for both public and privately held companies. He has extensive experience in implementing strategies in tax accounting methods, tangible property capitalization, inventory and transaction cost analysis.
