WilliamsMarston Admits Two New Partners

Boston-based WilliamsMarston LLC has admitted Michael Donoso and Mark LaMonte to the firm’s partnership.

Donoso joined the firm in 2016 and has been instrumental in building the national life sciences practice, advising clients on complex collaboration agreements, debt and equity financings, and initial public offerings. He was previously a manager in KPMG’s accounting advisory services practice, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on accounting and reporting for complex transactions.

LaMonte joined WilliamsMarston in June 2020 as a managing director in the firm’s advisory practice.

He was previously a managing director in the credit strategy and standards group and the chief credit officer for the global financial institutions rating group for Moody’s Investors Service.

“Michael and Mark have demonstrated their commitment to our core values and a business-oriented approach to finding innovative solutions for our clients,” says co-founder and MP Landen Williams. “They have proven their ability to adapt to rapidly changing business and economic conditions while providing the highest levels of service to our clients in very challenging situations.”
