New York-based Big 4 firm KPMG LLP has named Carole Streicher leader for its U.S. deal advisory and strategy (DAS) practice. She is the first woman to lead the practice and the only woman to lead an M&A group at a Big 4 firm.
Streicher has more than 25 years of experience working with global Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds and middle market firms. In her new role, she will oversee the strategic direction and growth of the DAS practice, which serves clients involved in buy, sell and restructuring transactions.
“[Carole’s] deep commitment to serving clients, developing people and championing the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion are the perfect components to successful leadership,” says Carl Carande, vice president of advisory for KPMG.
