IPA 300 firm Stambaugh Ness of York, Pa., has launched a new architecture and engineering (AE) advisory practice.
The new practice – to be led by Kate Allen, Scott Hursh, Kristi Weierbach and Brad Wilson – will focus on transition strategies for AE firms, including M&A, ownership/leadership transition and business improvement strategies.
“This new focus area was born of SN’s desire to help AE firms be future-ready,” says Stambaugh Ness president and CEO Steven Hake. “Transition has long been an area where firms have struggled to bridge gaps and overcome challenges. With this uniquely qualified group of industry experts, we are able to partner with firms to create the future they aspire to.”
