Michael Bannasch
Lancaster, Pa.-based IPA 100 firm RKL LLP has brought in Michael Bannasch to lead its state and local tax practice and Kirsten Deeds to lead the international tax practice.
Bannasch has nearly two decades of public accounting experience, largely centered on state and local tax consulting. He specializes in nexus studies, reverse sales/use tax audits, apportionment sourcing analyses, audit representation and M&A due diligence.
Kirsten Deeds
Deeds has 17 years of experience in international tax, specializing in U.S. taxation of foreign earnings, transfer pricing, U.S. and Canadian compliance and accounting for income taxes.
