Houston-based IPA 100 firm Weaver (FY20 net revenue of $150.5 million) has admitted Charles Anastasia as a tax partner in its New York office and David Jackson as a partner in the state and local tax (SALT) practice.
Anastasia has 25 years of experience in industry and public accounting, having served as a tax advisor to a variety of businesses, opportunity funds and REITs in the real estate industry, focusing on tax structuring, tax preparation, partnership taxation, succession planning and wealth protection strategies.

Jackson has 25 years of experience in tax services, including 15 years as a partner with a Big 4 firm, where he was responsible for the delivery of SALT services related to M&A, entity selection and business reorganizations. He has also served as an advisor to businesses in the power and utilities, oilfield services, upstream oil and gas, engineering, construction, chemical manufacturing, retail, health care and technology industries.
