Angie Gildea to Lead Energy, Natural Resources and Chemicals Practice at KPMG

Angie Gildea

New York-based Big 4 firm KPMG LLP (FY19 net revenue of $9.97 billion) has named Angie Gildea national sector leader for its U.S. energy, natural resources and chemicals (ENRC) practice. She succeeds Regina Mayor, who held the role for five years and continues to serve as the global head of energy and natural resources, as well as the advisory industry leader for ENRC in the U.S.

Based in the firm’s Houston office, Gildea has more than 20 years of experience with a focus on the energy industry. She joined KPMG in 2014 as a principal, with more than a decade of experience in the oil and gas sector.

“Angie is the right leader at the right time to oversee our firm’s growing energy practice,” says Tandra Jackson, vice chair of growth and strategy at KPMG. “She’ll lead the development of new solutions that help our clients address some of the more complex and impactful changes that the past year has brought on for so many companies across the energy industry.”
