INSIDE Public Accounting Names The 2020 Excellence in Firm Culture Winners

INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) is honoring seven firms with Excellence in Firm Culture awards.

Twenty-six firms and more than 1,200 staff members took part in the second annual Excellence in Firm Culture Assessment, offered in partnership with CultureIQ, corporate culture experts. The annual award is given to firms with high employee Net Promoter Scores (eNPS) and strong ratings in 12 core qualities of culture, such as collaboration, innovation and work-life balance.

Winners achieved at least 75% of the total possible score in the combined 12 core culture qualities as well as a minimum of 75% of the total possible eNPS.

“Improving culture can yield better business results. Very few growing, successful firms can get there without loyal, engaged staff,” says Kelly Platt, publisher of IPA. “We were very pleased with the overall results of the assessment, as all firms scored well even during this most difficult time.

The 2020 Excellence in Firm Culture Winners include both large firms and small firms and include firms across the United States and Canada.

Two of the seven firms – Cooper Norman and Richey May – are repeat winners. Congratulations to all the firms for taking the needed steps to improve culture in best practice style.
