Former AICPA chair and current board member Tim Christen has been appointed to the board of trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation, the parent organization of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). He is one of five new trustee appointees whose terms will run from Jan. 1, 2021, to Dec. 31, 2025.
