Charlotte, N.C.-based IPA 100 firm Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (FY20 net revenue of $475 million) has admitted Ryan Irby as a partner in the firm’s transaction advisory practice, focusing on buy- and sell-side transactions for corporate buyers and private equity groups. He will work out of the Dallas/Fort Worth office.
Irby has more than 14 years of experience in transaction advisory services, with a focus on quality of earnings and financial due diligence work across the manufacturing, distribution, retail, energy and technology industries.
