Lancaster, Pa.-based Trout CPA, formerly Trout Ebersole & Groff, has announced the acquisition of Greenawalt & Company, with offices in Mechanicsburg and Carlisle, Pa.
The deal adds three partners and nine professional staff to Trout CPA.

Professionals from Greenawalt & Company, previously located at 400 W. Main St. in Mechanicsburg, have relocated to Trout CPA’s new Mechanicsburg office at 930 Century Drive, Suite 104. Greenawalt & Company’s Carlisle location will remain in operation under the name Trout CPA.
Trout CPA, founded in 1929, offers accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory services to clients throughout central Pennsylvania. The firm consists of more than 125 professionals.
