Tucson, Ariz.-based BeachFleischman PC (FY14 net revenue of $21.9 million) announced that Marc Fleischman has been appointed CEO. Fleischman succeeds Bruce Beach, who led the firm as CEO since 1990.
Fleischman will guide BeachFleischman’s vision and strategy, and will continue to maintain his role leading the firm’s litigation support practice. Beach will remain as chairman of the board and senior advisor, and will continue to be involved with client service and the development of new client relationships. Fleischman is a founding member of BeachFleischman.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Fleischman served as the firm’s president, a role he had since the firm’s founding in 1990. The transition is part of the firm’s strategic succession plan, which provides the roadmap for BeachFleischman’s leadership continuity at the executive and departmental levels.
Fleischman has participated in numerous engagements involving litigation and has offered testimony many times in the Superior Courts throughout Arizona. He has managed engagements concerning business valuation, litigation support services and damage calculation, taxation issues in domestic relations matters, and general business and financial consulting for small-to-medium-sized businesses. He has been involved in marital dissolution matters involving business valuation, property identification, and taxation issues and has successfully mediated property settlements.
