Bankers Advisory is a consulting firm focused on helping more than 100 banks and mortgage lenders comply with regulations. Joining CLA are 35 Bankers Advisory professionals, including president Anna DeSimone, considered one of the nation’s top authorities in the area of mortgage risk, predatory lending and regulatory compliance. “We believe the financial services industry will feel the impact of regulation even more going forward as the industry responds to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau rules on mortgage loans,” CLA Financial Institutions Leader Jerry Felicelli said. “We also believe there will be more regulatory enforcement pressure in 2014, prompting banks and credit unions to reassess their risk and compliance efforts. Our acquisition of Bankers Advisory will greatly expand our ability to serve the ongoing complex needs of financial institutions.”
Sullivan, Rogers & Company is a consulting firm dedicated to the state and local government market. Sixteen Sullivan, Rogers & Company professionals will join CLA, including principals Daniel Sullivan, Christian Rogers, and Matthew Hunt. “We are very pleased about this opportunity to continue the growth of our governmental practice and expand CLA’s services PIC Doug Fiebelkorn.
OneSource Professional Services Group focuses on emerging and medium-sized businesses. “OneSource Professional Services Group has garnered a strong reputation by providing integrated business solutions that bridge the gap between technology and accounting,” said CLA Outsourcing Leader John Wooldridge. “Our acquisition of OneSource will greatly expand our outsourcing services to better meet the ongoing needs of organizations.” Joining CLA are 14 OneSource professionals including two principals, Linda Rubenstein and George Wilson.
