Charleston, W.V.-based Arnett & Foster (FY11 net revenue of $14.2 million) and Toothman Rice, which has three offices in the state – in Bridgeport, Buckhannon and Morgantown – are merging.
Steve Robey, MP of the new firm, told the West Virginia State Journal that Toothman Rice brings valuable experience in rapidly expanding areas, such as oil and gas and construction, which complements Arnett & Foster’s strengths in health care, banking and tax. Management teams of both firms will remain intact and will continue their management and leadership roles with the new firm.
In March 2011, Arnett & Foster expanded across state lines with the opening of a Columbus, Ohio, office. Each firm will, for now, retain its name. The name will change to Arnett Foster Toothman. The new company will have six offices: Charleston, Bridgeport, Morgantown, Buckhannon and Lewisburg and Columbus.
