PrimeGlobal Announces Leadership Change

Arnold

Michelle Arnold is retiring from her role as regional executive director for North America at PrimeGlobal, effective Feb. 28. She will be succeeded in the role by Maureen Dilmore, who currently leads the accounting association DFK in the U.S.

“A highlight of my PrimeGlobal tenure has undoubtedly been working with member firms around the world,” says Arnold. “The inclusive culture of the organization and the diversity of our members created a rare opportunity for personal understanding, collaboration and lasting friendships.”

During her nine years with the association, Arnold recruited over 30 firms to PrimeGlobal. Following her retirement as regional director, she plans to continue working with the association on a part-time basis.

“Over the last nine years, Michelle’s leadership has been transformational,” says PrimeGlobal CEO Stephen Heathcote. “She has inspired a highly engaged community of members, drove 200% growth and reached $2 billion total revenue for the North America region. I am delighted that she will continue to work with PrimeGlobal, enabling us to benefit from her extensive experience and supporting us in the delivery of our strategy.”
