Los Angeles-based IPA 100 firm SingerLewak (FY19 net revenue of $64.7 million) is merging in Gorelick & Uslaner CPAs of Sherman Oaks, Calif.
Founded in 1947, Gorelick & Uslaner specializes in retirement planning, business consulting, investments, estates and trusts and personal financial planning, in addition to providing tax planning and tax return preparation, auditing and bookkeeping services. The firm will retain its current staff and office, and will operate as Gorelick & Uslaner CPAs, a division of SingerLewak.
“Combining with Gorelick & Uslaner CPAs is a logical next step for us in accomplishing our mission to be one of the best accounting and consulting firms in the middle market space in California, Oregon, Colorado and the surrounding states,” says SingerLewak MP Jim Pitrat. “Since our inception, we have built a highly entrepreneurial business model and our goal is to continue to build on that mission where business owners, emerging companies, multi-nationals and public companies can turn to for innovative solutions for their growing businesses.”
