Looking to further build its forensic and valuation services practice, Princeton, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Withum (FY20 net revenue of $254.3 million) has acquired New York-based private investigative firm Doyle Carden Group LLC.
Doyle Carden specializes in anti-money-laundering investigations and litigation assistance and will team with Withum’s cyber and information security services. As part of the deal, four principals of the firm, including co-founder Geoffrey Doyle, will be joining Withum.
“Doyle Carden Group’s anti-money laundering and investigative services teams have addressed money laundering, terrorist financing and complex litigation matters for clients around the world for more than a decade,” says Thomas Hoberman, Withum’s forensic and valuation services practice leader. “Their experience will broaden our current AML practice.”
