New York-based Big 4 firm EY has selected Jeff Hoelscher to lead its St. Louis office. He replaces Ruth Saphian, who will continue at EY as a professional practice quality and risk management leader.
A 26-year veteran of the firm, Hoelscher most recently was the Missouri and Kansas assurance market leader, serving public and large privately held clients in the consumer products, wholesale and manufacturing industries.
EY has also chosen Kim Rock to lead the firm’s Kansas City office, making her the first woman OMP in that location. She succeeds Dave Anderson in the role.
Rock has more than 23 years of experience in the profession. She joined EY in 2004 and has been a partner since 2011.
