Tucson, Ariz.-based IPA 200 firm BeachFleischman PC (FY19 net revenue of $30.4 million) has appointed current chief marketing and strategy officer Eric Majchrzak as CEO-elect.
Effective Jan. 1, 2022, Majchrzak will succeed Marc Fleischman and become the third CEO in the 30-year history of the firm. Following the transition, Fleischman will retain his leadership role on the board of directors and will continue to serve the firm’s clients and community.

Majchrzak joined BeachFleischman in 2012 as CMO and was elected shareholder in 2013. In 2018, he became the firm’s chief strategy officer, working closely with the CEO and firm management to develop and execute growth plans, joint ventures, M&A, transformation, advanced pricing and business model innovation. He has held various leadership roles with the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and earned the Marketer of the Year award from INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA) and AAM in 2015.
