Charlotte, N.C.-based IPA 100 firm Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (FY20 net revenue of $475 million) has brought on Dr. Victoria Grady to serve as professor-in-residence for the health care people and change practice of its DHG Healthcare division.
An associate professor at George Mason University, Grady will work with DHG leadership on issues surrounding organizational behavior and change management. She will also lead DHG’s contributions to these fields of research and work directly with the firm to launch a change analytics platform.
“In the past nine months, nearly every aspect of our world changed due to COVID-19, so there is no better time to enhance our service offerings to assist our clients to more precisely prepare for change,” says Kevin Locke, MP of DHG Healthcare. “With Victoria’s addition and the diagnostic tools we have begun to deploy, our clients will be able to approach change more confidently – during these unprecedented times and as we emerge from this period and move forward together.”
