CohnReznick Expands Restructuring and Dispute Resolution Practice

New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY20 net revenue of $697.3 million) has expanded its national restructuring and dispute resolution practice with the strategic addition of three professionals from Houston-based advisory firm Crossroads Strategic Advisors to its Houston office.

Crossroads founder Jeff Anapolsky comes in as a managing director and will serve as Southwest leader of CohnReznick’s restructuring and dispute resolution (RDR) practice, bringing to the firm more than 20 years of experience involving numerous out-of-court workouts and Chapter 11 reorganizations. The new team – which also includes Amy Stonecipher and Jean Almonte – brings restructuring experience with upstream oil and gas companies and oilfield services companies to CohnReznick’s current advisory capabilities for renewable energy companies.

“With the addition of Jeff and his team, we continue to deepen our bench nationwide, most recently in South Florida and now Houston,” says Cynthia Romano, global director of CohnReznick’s restructuring and dispute resolution practice. “As our team expands across the nation, we are honored to extend the success we have had helping companies improve performance, restructure, recover and transact during such a difficult time.”
