Englewood, Colo.-based IPA 200 firm Richey May & Co. (FY19 net revenue of $31.7 million) has launched a new enterprise-level governance, risk and compliance and integrated risk management solutions practice.
The new practice aims to help organizations define, implement and support their governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes, content and technical capabilities. The practice will be led by industry veteran Kevin Berman, who has been admitted as partner. Berman previously worked at information security, risk and compliance technology provider Templar Shield, where he performed process- and content-driven management consulting, packaged GRC technology implementations and custom application development.
“Our clients will now have access to services that address a holistic approach to risk defense,” says Richey May MP Jason Yetter. “This also positions us for continued growth within the financial services industry and exciting opportunities to expand elsewhere, such as the public utilities, insurance and health care industries.”
