New York-based Big 4 firm PwC has acquired digital transformation company EagleDream Technologies of Fairport, N.Y. As part of the deal, EagleDream’s roughly 100 employees will be joining PwC’s U.S. advisory business.
EagleDream’s cloud services include UI and UX design, cloud adoption, application modernization, development, security and operations, data transformation, managed cloud services and digital differentiation. The firm is also a premier consulting partner in the Amazon Web Services Partner Network (APN).
“Today, most business transformations are underpinned by cloud platforms and this acquisition bolsters our ability to drive and maintain our leadership in that market,” says Mohamed Kande, PwC vice chair and U.S. and global advisory leader. “Combined with our existing capabilities and expertise, this allows us to create a deeper strength of excellence, improve our ability to generate demand, go-to-market more consistently and help our clients innovate and operationalize their businesses.”
