Moss Adams Admits Two New Partners, Names New Oil and Gas Leader 

Jeremy Kuhlmann

Seattle-based IPA 100 firm Moss Adams LLP (FY19 net revenue of $768 million) has admitted new partners Jeremy Kuhlmann in the firm’s life sciences practice and Syed Rizvi in the asset management practice.

Kuhlmann has practiced public accounting since 2004, primarily serving life science, technology and advanced manufacturing companies. He has experience with complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation and debt-equity transactions and has expertise in public filings, including initial public offerings.

Syed Rizvi

Rizvi has experience in public accounting dating back to 2008, specializing in accounting and consulting services for private equity, venture capital, hedge, credit and real estate funds. He has also advised executive management of alternative investment funds on operational matters, regulatory compliance and accounting topics.

Megan McFarland

The firm also named partner Megan McFarland as the new leader of the firm’s oil and gas national practice. McFarland has almost 30 years of experience serving the oil and gas industry in both industry roles and the accounting sector.
