MNP Adds to Presence in Atlantic Canada with Latest Merger

Calgary-based MNP is merging in Dieppe, New Brunswick-based Boudreau Albert Savoie & Associates to help bolster its presence in the Atlantic Canada region and strengthen its coast-to-coast reach.

Founded in 1988, Boudreau Albert Savoie is a fully bilingual firm that specializes in assurance engagements including audit, review engagement and notice to readers in business restructuring and reorganization, business acquisitions, estate planning, tax planning and mergers.

“New Brunswick has obvious strengths in natural resources and energy, but there is also a diverse range of industries supporting its continued growth,” says Kirk Higgins, MNP’s regional MP for Atlantic Canada. “The province is well represented across a range of sectors, including fisheries, real estate and construction, professionals, manufacturing, retail and tourism – all of which MNP is already intimately serving across Atlantic Canada and the rest of the country.”
