Lexington, Ky.-based IPA 200 firm Dean Dorton (FY19 net revenue of $34.8 million) has launched a new COVID-19 Health Check Solution designed to help organizations comply with federal and state reporting requirements as employees return to work.
The software uses “bot” technology to contact each employee on their scheduled workdays to walk them through federal and state required health checks, recording and organizing this information on a color-coded spreadsheet. The solution also alerts HR if an employee fails a required health screening to allow for quick contact tracing and sanitation practices.
“The required health checks were incredibly difficult for our team to manage manually,” says Dean Dorton scheduling and data analytics supervisor Christi Smith. “Manually inputting information into spreadsheets, managing lengthy email threads and sending daily surveys weren’t an efficient way to organize and manage the process. The COVID-19 Health Check Solution allows us to customize the information we wanted to gather and streamline the communication, organizing all the data in one easy-to-use platform.”
