Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY19 net revenue of $110.2 million) has acquired Relevant Data Technologies (RDT), a provider of electronic discovery and data management services to law firms and general counsels.
Founded in 2016, RDT leverages technology to surface relevant data for clients, helping to lower the cost of legal discovery. The RDT team, including RDT founder and president Robert Draper, will join Aprio’s litigation support and forensic accounting practice.
“We are committed to providing our legal clients with the most comprehensive and innovative litigation support and forensic accounting services, so they can focus on case strategy,” says Aprio MP and CEO Richard Kopelman. “As we look for ways to better service our clients, the addition of RDT will allow us to offer a full spectrum of services on matters of all sizes.”
