Walter & Shuffain Merges In Russell Brier & Co.

Boston-based IPA 300 firm Walter & Shuffain (FY19 net revenue of $17.5 million) has acquired Russell Brier & Co. of Boston.

The merger strengthens Walter & Shuffain’s presence in the Boston metro area for individual and business tax planning, accounting, estate, trust and fiduciary services. As part of the deal, Russell Brier partners Ronald Perry and Stephen Calendario will join as shareholders of Walter & Shuffain.
