UK-based Morison KSi has elected Paul Wan as chair and Mark Baran as vice-chair of the association’s board of directors. Wan succeeds Jean-Pierre Larroze, who has retired from his firm Apiltec.
Wan is the founder of Singapore-based Paul Wan & Co. Prior to this appointment, he served as vice-chair of the association, as well as chair of its Asia Pacific board. Baran is a principal and the corporate and M&A tax leader at New York-based IPA 100 firm Marks Paneth LLP.
“I am very happy to see such passionate and dedicated professionals taking the lead of our association,” says Larroze. “Paul and Mark will for sure bring their talent, their energy and their enthusiasm but also their wisdom to the international board”.
