Apple Growth Partners Adds Three to Leadership Team

Akron, Ohio-based IPA 300 firm Apple Growth Partners (FY19 net revenue of $18.3 million) has added three new professionals to its leadership team.

Erica Ishida has joined the firm in the new role of chief growth officer, where she will be responsible for spearheading the talent, marketing and business development departments as a member of the executive committee. Ishida most recently ran her own consulting business, where she helped businesses and individuals focus on leadership, culture, value creation and change management.

Jennifer DiFranco brings 12 years of experience as a senior-level talent manager to her new role as the firm’s senior director of talent, where she will head up the firm’s recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, continuing education and culture development efforts.

Danielle Kimmell joins the firms as a principal in the audit and assurance department. With nearly 22 years of experience in public accounting, she specializes in employee benefit plans, including advising clients on audit, compliance and tax issues.
