blumshapiro Merges in The Brighton Company

West Hartford, Conn.-based IPA 100 firm blumshapiro (FY19 net revenue of $90.8 million) is acquiring The Brighton Company of Burlington, Mass., in a deal expected to close on Aug. 15.

Founded in 2003, The Brighton Company offers outsourced CFO, controller and accountant functions to early stage and middle market companies, the technology, real estate, life sciences, professional service and manufacturing industries, managing day-to-day operational activities and providing assistance during audits, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and turnarounds.
