Bethesda, Md.-based GRF CPAs & Advisors (FY18 net revenue of $25.8 million) has admitted senior manager Elinor Litwack to the partnership.
Litwack becomes the third partner in the firm’s outsourced accounting and advisory group, and she joins six other women as partners and principals at GRF. She is also one of an expanding roster of team members, age 40 and under, who are preparing the firm for the next decade.
GRF’s president and MP Jackie Cardello says, “Working her way up through senior leadership positions so early in her career while also opening up new market opportunities for the firm was no small accomplishment. Elinor’s promotion also underscores our strong commitment to women pursuing positions in leadership and the firm’s flexible work arrangements to retain the best talent.”
Litwack helped launch GRF’s first office location in New York, and she provides leadership for adopting new technology. She joined the firm in 2007 and later managed her team remotely from New York. She helped the firm develop policies and procedures for effective client service and managing remote team members.
During her 12-year tenure, the outsourced accounting team grew from seven team members to 25.
Litwack is a founding member of GRF’s women’s initiative, Women on the Move, created to develop women leaders at every level in the firm.
The firm is a member of CPAmerica.
