Edison Perry & Company of Enterprise, Ore., will merge with Fargo, N.D.-based Eide Bailly (FY15 net revenue of $225 million) on Jan. 11.
Edison, Perry & Co. will assume the Eide Bailly name and become Eide Bailly’s first office in Oregon, raising the total number of offices for the firm to 29 in 13 states. The union will add 16 staff to the firm, including one partner, Jeff Edison, president of Edison, Perry & Co. Edison will also serve as office lead partner in Enterprise, the firm announced.
“Joining Eide Bailly will allow us to focus more time on client service and offer our clients expanded resources,” says Edison. “We’re excited for the possibilities this will create for our clients, and I’m personally looking forward to more time to make face-to-face connections with them, which is something that’s been an integral part of our business. It’s important to me that my clients are well cared for now and in the future, and joining Eide Bailly ensures they will have the resources they need to grow their businesses and reach their long-term goals. I’m also excited for our staff, who will now have greater opportunity to advance and define their careers in a variety of ways.”
Enterprise is centrally located between Eide Bailly offices in Spokane, Wash., and Boise, Idaho, which strengthens the firm’s ability to provide resources and solutions to clients in the region while delivering local, personal service.
Dave Stende, Eide Bailly MP/CEO, says, “Businesses in the region will have another choice for services and access to a deeper variety of expertise, including research and development tax credits, cost segregation, international tax services, state and local tax services, and much more.”
