Richmond, Va.-based Cherry Bekaert (FY15 net revenue of $144 million) welcomes Brian Dill as a tax principal and the leader of the firm’s international tax practice.
Dill will lead the development and delivery of customized tax solutions for the firm’s middle market clients. Specifically, he will focus on the international tax and accounting needs of growth-oriented companies in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, as well as those in the technology, software, and health and life sciences industries.
With 20 years of experience, Dill has supported businesses in the areas of global tax structuring and tax planning and intellectual property migration strategies. In addition, he has provided guidance to international mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, inbound U.S. investment strategies, and import and export strategies to both publicly held and private corporations.
