New York-based Grassi & Co. (FY15 net revenue of $45.6 million) has announced that Rispoli and Company has joined Grassi & Co., effective Sept. 1, and will operate under the Grassi & Co. name.
The merger brings an additional three professionals to Grassi & Co.’s team, including one new partner, Lisa Rispoli. The merger will also expand the firm’s tax expertise, specifically with regards to trusts and estates, and Rispoli will serve as the firm’s PIC of trust and estate services.

Rispoli says, “Having spent the earlier part of my career at Grassi & Co., I know the firm is truly committed to excellence in everything they do.” Rispoli & Co. will be moving operations from their Mineola, N.Y., office to Grassi & Co.’s Jericho, N.Y., office.
