Adam Hancock has been named managing shareholder and president of Owensboro, Ky.-based Riney Hancock CPAs, effective July 1. Hancock joined the firm in 2005 and became a shareholder in 2013. He serves as the director of the firm’s consulting services division.
Hancock has extensive experience in business valuations, fraud investigations, litigation support, audit and operation improvement. Along with providing various services to community banks, governmental entities, federal programs, nonprofit organizations, utilities, small businesses and individuals, Hancock is active in many professional and civic organizations.
Hancock has recently been named to the CPA Practice Advisor 2014 Class of 40 Under 40. This national program represents some of the brightest and best talent in the accounting profession. He was also a member of the Leadership Kentucky Class of 2013.
