New York-based Citrin Cooperman (FY13 net revenue of $133 million) announced that Patricia Cummings and Michael DeVito have been named as co-MPs of the firm’s New York headquarters. Co-founder and MP Joel Cooperman has become CEO, continuing to lead Citrin Cooperman and position the firm for long-term success.
“As our firm has grown, the complexity of governing and running our business has changed significantly,” says Cooperman. “I have for some time contemplated the need for our New York City office to have MPs, allowing me to spend more time on the overall business of Citrin Cooperman. Pat and Mike are extraordinary leaders with a skillful combination of technical expertise and passion for innovation.”
As CEO, Cooperman will work with the firm’s OMPs and executive committee to focus on the expansion of Citrin Cooperman while steering the operation and strong entrepreneurial culture of the firm.
