Calgary-based MNP LLP announced that Ottawa-based McLarty & Co Professional Corporation, will merge with MNP on Nov. 1. McLarty & Co was interested in expanding services to clients, while MNP was seeking to enter the Ottawa marketplace.

Established in 1981, McLarty & Co is well known in Ottawa. It serves a diverse group of clients, including business owners, car dealerships, health care professionals and real estate and construction companies. McLarty & Co.’s team of 30 will remain in their current location in Ottawa.
