Birmingham, Ala.-based Warren Averett (FY12 net revenue of $111.6 million) has announced a new brand and website.
“In response to the growing needs of our clients and their business environment, our firm has undergone significant changes over the last several years,” said CEO Jim Cunningham in a statement. “This new visual identity will be cohesive and consistent with the experience people have with our firm in every office, in every market. It reflects our promise to our clients, our people and our communities.
The logo is a blue and platinum symbol accompanied by the name “Warren Averett, CPAs and Advisors.” The new brand statement, “Let’s Thrive Together” states the firm’s promise to serve its clients with passion and commitment. Since Pender Newkirk’s merger with Warren Averett in January, the firm has used “Warren Averett Pender Newkirk” as a transition name. Upon this new brand launch, it now operates as Warren Averett, LLC.
